To budget for your fixed monthly expenses, just add your base rent to the One-Time and Monthly Fees, plus any Add-Ons you select.

ONE-TIME FEES

APPLICATION FEE $50 per applicant, required
HOLDING DEPOSIT $250 per unit, required
SECURITY DEPOSIT $1,000 per unit, required

MONTHLY FEES

PEST CONTROL $3 per unit, required
UTILITY BILLING FEE $5.25 per unit, required
UTILITIES Based on usage/Billed back by the property per unit, required
RENTERS INSURANCE $300,000 minimum liability, required

ADD-ON AMENITIES

PET DEPOSIT$500 per pet/one-time (2 pets max), optional
PET RENT$75 per pet/month (2 pet max), optional
PARKING$75-150 per vehicle/month, optional
STORAGE$100-250 per rentable item/month, optional
RESIDENT LOUNGE RESERVATION$100 rental fee, optional

SITUATIONAL FEES

LATE FEE$50 per occurrence
NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS (NSF)$25 per occurrence
